When will Stray Vibration start our project?
Typically design work is started the same day you sign your contract and provide your first payment. A project manager will contact you and put you in contact with the graphic artist assigned to your project and you will work directly with them to visually obtain the site you want.

As soon as a payment has been made you will be added to our management system and will receive a username and password to start accessing your account. You will be able to see the proofs of your site from here and make any comments about the design. Your project will not move into the development stage until you are happy with the graphics.

If you are in need to have your site built by a specific deadline please make sure to contact your project manager. While we can't always gaurentee that you can be moved up in the project queue we will do our best to achieve your deadline and an additional fee may be charged. Please note that you, the client are responsible for providing all content for your site unless it is written in your contract that we will be creating it for you. Please provide this content as soon as you have it so we can include it in the desing.

How long will it take to build my site?
The length of time for your site to be built is listed in your contract. This time varies greatly depending on the features your site includes. Typical sites take 1 - 2 weeks to complete. The longest portion tends to be the graphics. We want to make sure everything you want is included. If you do not see a feature in the proof of your website the feature will not be on your site when it is completed. Please make sure that you check your proofs carefully to make sure nothing is left out.

Most delays come when we are missing something from the client. These items tend to be pictures, content or proof approval. Please understand that even if you are not happy with a proof, if you do not tell us from within your account this information can be lost. Leaving comments from inside your account will insure that the requests are tended to and adjusted to your design.

How can I watch you develop my site?
Stray Vibration will develop your site on your domain, on a sub-domain of your domain, in a sub directory of your current site or on a dedicated IP. This information will be written directly on your contract.

How can I get a copy of my website?
Stray Vibration will provide you a copy of your website via CD by request only. This will include all code for your website directly and any SEO performed on your site. This will not include the custom admin that we develop for your site.

How long does it take for me to get hosting?
You can obtain hosting from our sister company My SV Hosting during any weekday from 9am to 6pm Arizona Standard time. Once you have hosting it can take 24 to 72 hours for your domain to fully propagate to our servers. During this time any website that was currently up and / or email for your domain can be down. Sites with dedicated IP addresses can be reachable immedately after setup via the IP address.

Refunds
Once we have started a project no full refunds will be given. Projects are started the day your contact and first payment are received. However, in every case, Stray Vibration may provide a refund not equal to the full project amount within the first 30 days. If a refund is requested after 30 days, none will be given for any reason. The amount of a refund will be based on the amount of time Stray Vibration has spent on your project, how much is left and how much has been received by the client.

If you are completely unsatisified with the design of your website and have not been able to work with our artists to achieve what you want and do not wish us to continue into the development of your site a partical refund is available. This type of issue is under the same refund guildlines as above.

Dead Projects
If Stray Vibration is unable to reach or receives no response for a client for more than 45 days the project is condsidered dead. If a client would like to continue their project after 45 days a restart fee of $300 will be charged. This fee must be paid in full before we will restart the project. If it is deemed that all graphic design for a site must be started over by the client, the full amount of graphic design time for the project quote will be added to the project.

Failure to Provide Content
If you are unable to provide Stray Vibration with the materials and content needed for your site, we can produce the content for you. Content writing still requires that you provide us with some previous material about your company and is a bill rate of $80 an hour. The total time for content writing will entirely depend on your site. If you would like a quote on content writing for your website, please contact your account manager.

Hosting
My SV Hosting provides the hosting for Stray Vibration clients. If you decide to leave Stray Vibration and use a different hosting provider, no refunds are available for that month or any previous months.

Stopping Service
To discontinue your hosting or any other service with Stray Vibration or its partners, please contact the correct department directly and provide notice in writing. Notice to discontinue hosting must be provided before the 1st of the following month.
